We carry out construction and renovation projects, and we also specialize in monument repairs and restoration work. We carry out all types of building construction, including finishing work, interiors, etc.
Engineering
Engineering mainly involves preparing documentation, including submitting project documentation to the building authority in order to obtain a building permit. Engineering also includes discussing this documentation with the relevant authorities and obtaining their approval.
Distribution of construction materials
Our product range includes pipes, tubes, connecting materials, fittings, inspection chambers, manholes, especially sewer pipes, sewer manholes, water pipes, drainage pipes, and retention tanks.
Railway industrial transport
The railway industrial transport department covers a wide range of services, from specialized domestic and international rail transport to freight forwarding and comprehensive services from start to finish.
Operation of vehicles designed for sewer cleaning
This service includes cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of sewer systems to ensure their smooth operation. It involves cleaning large-diameter sewers.

A special area of construction services that our company focuses on is repairs and restoration work carried out on historic, listed buildings and works of art. These specialized activities are guaranteed by a team of experienced restorers.
Engineering
Engineering mainly includes the preparation of documentation, including the submission of project documentation to the building authority for the purpose of obtaining a building permit. Engineering also includes discussing this documentation with the relevant authorities and obtaining their approval, which is a mandatory attachment to the building permit application. In agreement with the client, this activity also includes project coordination, communication with the chief designer, and discussing changes to the project in accordance with the requirements of the relevant authorities.
We are also able to handle these activities outside the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Distribution of construction materials
Our product range includes pipes, tubes, connecting materials, fittings, inspection chambers, manholes, especially sewer pipes, sewer manholes, water pipes, drainage pipes, and retention tanks.
Completed projects mainly include sewerage systems and wastewater treatment plants in municipalities and cities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Most projects are financed by EU funds.
We import materials directly from manufacturers and supply wholesale companies and construction firms. We provide truck transport directly to construction sites. We offer sales from consignment warehouses, individual transport, and warehouse and storage space rentals.
We are a distributor for Plastika Pipes. We will gladly send you our complete product range upon request.
Railway industrial transport
The railway industrial transport department covers a wide range of services, from specialized domestic and international rail transport, freight forwarding, comprehensive services from start to finish, optimization and logistics solutions, to the provision of freight cars, railway personnel, employee training, and insurance.
Our company operates in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia, transporting various materials throughout Europe.
Operation of vehicles designed for sewer cleaning
This service includes cleaning, maintenance, and repair of sewer systems to ensure their smooth operation.
This involves cleaning large-profile sewers. Vehicles with high suction and pressure capacities are used to clean profiles, enabling even large pipes with a diameter of 1000 mm and more to be cleaned in a short period of time. These are large wastewater feeders to wastewater treatment plants or municipal sewers and collectors. In hard-to-reach places (off the road, on slopes, in green belts, etc.), vehicles with a mobile arm that can extend sideways up to a distance of 6.5 m from the vehicle can be used, and they do not have to drive directly over the pipe shaft.
In addition to a set of high-pressure nozzles, the vehicle is equipped with chain and hydromechanical root cutters. This equipment can be used to restore the original pipe profiles (removal of root systems, concrete and epoxy deposits in the throat, etc.).

It is used as a quote for construction work, for checking and awarding contracts by the investor, and as a basis for applying for a construction loan. The budget also includes a bill of quantities. The bill of quantities is a tool used to calculate the quantity of a given item; in addition to this quantity, it also specifies its numerical code and description.

We also carry out design and drafting work, providing design services from initial studies to finished designs.
Our services also include design studio services, research work (architectural history research, structural engineering research), documentation for building permits, documentation for construction, documentation for zoning decisions, tender documentation including the designer’s control budget, documentation of the actual construction, and preparation for the construction tender.
